Thick crust pizza from The Bear TV series

Make the dough: Mix 500g bread flour, 7g active dry yeast, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, and 300ml warm water. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Prepare toppings: Slice 200g mozzarella cheese, chop fresh basil, and prepare your favorite toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers, etc.).
Make the sauce: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil, add 2 cloves minced garlic, cook 30 seconds. Add 400g crushed tomatoes, 1 tsp oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes.
Shape and top: Roll out dough on a floured surface to desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread sauce, leaving a border. Add cheese and toppings.
Bake: Preheat oven to 250°C (480°F). Bake pizza for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Serve: Let rest 2 minutes, then slice and serve hot.
